It is licensed by the Virginia Bureau of Insurance as a Limited Health Services HMO. Dominion is licensed as a Risk Assuming PPO by the Department of Insurance and Health in Pennsylvania, and as a Dental Plan Organization in the state of Maryland. The Company is not owned, managed, or financially affiliated with another health plan.
